General Knowledge of Fan Pressure
Fan EC Motor Fan Permanent Magnet Selection Key Part IV-General Knowledge of Fan Pressure
Fan is the abbreviation of gas compression and gas transportation machinery in our country. Fan includes fan, blower, compressor and Roots blower. Gas compression and gas transport are machines that convert rotating mechanical energy into gas pressure and kinetic energy and transport gas out.
1. Pressure
In order to carry out normal ventilation, it is necessary to have the pressure to overcome the pipeline resistance, and the fan must generate this pressure. Fan pressure is divided into static pressure, dynamic pressure and full pressure. The pressure to overcome the air supply resistance is static pressure. The kinetic energy required in the gas flow is converted into dynamic pressure in the form of pressure. In order to realize the purpose of air supply, static pressure and dynamic pressure are required.
2. The pressure loss
The pressure loss when flowing through a certain air volume depends on the length of the pipeline, surface roughness, bending degree, change degree of cross-sectional area, the nature of the pipeline itself and the air velocity passing through the interior.
EC motor has excellent control performance, supporting various command modes, panel command, terminal command and communication command, multi-channel analog input (temperature and humidity sensor) terminals, and multi-fan on-line closed-loop control, forming a large ventilation and cooling system with environmental control capability.
At present, EC motors are covering high-standard fan fields such as HVAC system fans, air-cooling modules, cooling fans and livestock fans. Volcano Electric is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in the research of EC motors for fans.
