Permanent magnet synchronous motor stator and rotor assembly process

1. Use the assembly machine to eliminate the magnetic force and accurately locate

When designing the permanent magnet motor process, the motor factory uses some non-standard equipment such as dummy rotors and assembly machines to assemble the stator and rotor. In the design, since the stator and rotor are not magnetic, the center of the stator and rotor is corrected with a dummy rotor, and then the permanent magnet rotor is installed after disassembling the stator and rotor. The precise positioning of the stator and rotor is completed by the assembling machine, so as to ensure the quality of the rotor assembly. This method has relatively strong manufacturability and reliable operation, but the operation cost is relatively high, and special equipment and a dummy rotor are required. Moreover, non-standard equipment needs enough strength to meet the rotor magnetic force of the traction motor with higher power, so the work efficiency is relatively low. The preparation time is also relatively long, which cannot meet the requirements of rapid production. 

2. Using hydraulic assembly machine

Using this method, the customization is placed on the machine tool with a sliding base, and the stator and rotor are assembled horizontally after the stator is fixed horizontally by the jacking device. This method is mainly aimed at some small permanent magnet motors with relatively small magnetic force. Because the motor is too large, the jacking device needs to be strong enough to meet the rotor magnetic force of the motor. 

3.Use the false shaft of the guide sleeve and the guide rod to guide the positioning

It is necessary to install the guide sleeve on the end cover of a non-transmission end, and set a dummy shaft to be installed on the rotating shaft of the rotor. The two structures are connected by a clearance fit, so that the non-transmission end can be positioned for the combined assembly of the stator and the rotor. We also need to set high-precision guide rods to install the transmission end base, so that the combined transmission end of the stator and rotor can be positioned. This operation can ensure that the stator and the rotor are concentric, and the attractive force between the stator and the rotor is kept within a small range. The tie rod is installed on the base of the transmission end, the hydraulic pump is installed, and then the stator is turned by the assembly changing machine to become a horizontal assembly, so that the combination of the stator and the rotor can be completed.
