Product Description
1800W 48V 2000RPM brushless DC motor is a interior permanent magnet (IPM) brushless dc motor. It's designed for motor with speed from1000rpm to 2500rpm, available power 300w-3000w, maximum rated torque 3Nm-13Nm. Outer diameter is 123mm, motors with different power have different motor length.
Principle of IPM motor
A rare-earth permanent magnet deeply positioned in the rotor can generate magnet torque (attraction/repellence between coil and permanent magnet) and reluctance torque (coil attracts iron) greatly. This electromagnetic structure attains high torque and the highest efficiency/low heat generation.
brushless DC motors feature high torque, high speed with a small size and weight; brushless DC motors are ideal for heavy duty servo applications with frequent overload conditions as well as for continuous duty applications where maximum operational lifetime is required.
With permanent magnets which rotate within a fixed armature, the BLDC motors features a brushless commutation design for long lasting performance.
