1 HP Output Power Permanent Magnet Motor, in the factory, we can offer various rated speed, such as 1000RPM,1500RPM,3000RPM…, the speed can be customized according to your application. 

These 3 different speed 1HP motors are built strictly to the IEC Motors, the motor configuration for flange and shaft are same as conventional three phase AC motors. The motor frame and motor is listed as below datasheet:

1, High Magnetic energy material, The rotor is built with Strong NdFeB Magnets. Which enhance the motor energy density. The motor efficiency can reach 85% generally and even some motors can be up to 92% .

The permanent magnet which has no brush dc motor for small and medium capacity, now USES high magnetic energy ,Nd-Fe materials. the volume of the permanent magnet brushless motor has shrunk the size of a seat by the same volume as the three-phase asynchronous motor.

As a result, In VOLCANO ELECTRIC, compared to conventional AC motors, 1HP Permanent Motor that we can built in a smaller size, Shrunk the size of a seat by same volume, we called compact motor.
