Product Description
This is IPM brushless dc motor. It's designed for motor with speed from 1000rpm to 2500rpm, available power 300w-3000w, maximum rated torque. 3Nm-13Nm. Outer diameter is 123mm, motors with different power have different motor length.
Any job that uses a brush DC motor can use a brushless DC motor instead. BLDC motors are used in PC cooling fans, DVD players, turntables, and even electric cars. If you’re looking for increased motor efficiency, check to see if you can replace the brush motor you’re currently using in your project with a BLDC motor.
Mostly, the induction asynchronous motor is 2 poles at 2500 rpm(50HZ AC Voltage) or 3000rpm (60HZ AC voltage),4 poles at 1200 rpm(50HZ AC Voltage) or 1500rpm (60HZ AC voltage). But for DC motors, it can designed to various Poles, like 2 poles, 4 poles, 8 poles…….and the motor speed is variable, stepless- speed. At a high efficiency compare to AC induction motors.
This 1.4KW 24V 4 Pole Brushless DC Motor is designed for traction motors in electric forklift, electric vans, Golf cars, electric cars etc.
