Product Description
For the model VOL - HSD-CYJ-55, which is the most powerful model in this series, and the motor can change the stroke frequency by adjusting the motor frequency, thus thoroughly solving the problem of low stroke frequency in intermittent pumping wells and lean oil wells, and running smoothly. The motor adopts a belt-less drive structure, which greatly simplifies the structure, at the same time, the system is safer and the service life is prolonged. At the same time, this motor also has the advantages of high transmission efficiency and high precision.
Adopting synchronous motor design scheme, there is no slip, the rotating speed is stable, and it will not be lost due to increased load. In addition, because the belt is eliminated, there is no skid problem, so sensorless speed measurement can be achieved, and then the impact times can be calculated, which reduces the workload of impact inspection. At the same time, the motor adopts soft connection, which is simple in structure and convenient to install. The performance and dimensions of the motor can be customized according to customer requirements, and it is especially suitable for energy-saving upgrading of existing pumping units.
