Product Description
Volcano Electric Hybrid Stepping Motor 3.5V , it provides 500 g.cm, the motor working under continues duty S1. Gross weight of the motor is round 0.1kgs. Suitable for small and medium torque range (generally below 40Nm). Generally below 2000RPM, the torque is slightly larger and the rotating speed is less than 1000RPM. Mainly for position control, it can also realize intelligent position/rotation speed/torque control, with vibration at low speed (improved by using high subdivision driver)
We have different mounting method and different frame size depends on our clients final application.
The hybrid stepping motor combines the advantages of permanent magnet type and reactive type, and is divided into two phases, three phases and five phases. The rotor of hybrid stepping motor has its own magnetism, so the torque generated under the same stator current is larger than that of the stepping motor during reaction, and its step angle is usually smaller.
