    Product Description

    For the model VOL - HDD-LGB-7/200, made of motor bodies with different lengths. While increasing the maximum speed to 200RPM, it can also provide stable output of 7Kw and about 340Nm torque, and the efficiency value can reach 92%. According to the change of application environment, the speed of motor can be increased or decreased by special closed-loop control system, so as to improve oil recovery efficiency. The control system is also equipped with various protection systems to ensure the stable and safe operation of the motor to the greatest extent.


    The drive head control system uses closed-loop control, which can protect the motor against reverse rotation, overvoltage, short circuit, lack of phase, overload, high temperature and remote alarm. Through the control system, "soft start and soft stop" of the drive head can be realized. For example, the control system will reduce the rotating speed of the motor and adjust the corresponding braking resistance value according to the energy acting on the motor when the machine is down.
