For severe duty environments found in the pulp and paper, lumber, aggregates, mining, steel, textile, food, chemical, and oil and gas industries, Volcano Electric offers BLDC IEC Motors, These IEC motors are also available for AC condition with AC-DC converter built-in.

Metric motors are also offered in Aluminum Frame, manufactured to the same IEC standards in power ranges from 0.75 to 18.5kW, 71 to 160mm frame size and single, 2, 4 or 6 pole speed ranges.

These motors fully comply with IEC 60034, 60038, 60072, EI3 and IE2 regulations.
