    Product Description

    For the model VOL - HDD-LGB-25/160, which can provide super output of 25Kw and 1500Nm torque with super high efficiency of about 93.2% under S1 working system. Moreover, the motor can automatically raise or lower the motor speed through a special control system according to the underground oil storage capacity to maintain high oil recovery efficiency. With the direct drive operation mode, the motor operation efficiency can exceed IE4 level, and the power saving effect is more remarkable. At the same time, it can basically realize maintenance-free and reduce maintenance costs.


    This series of permanent magnet direct drive motors can directly output the torque required by the oil production system in the low speed range (0.6~500RPM), thus directly driving the polished rod, completely eliminating the volume and weight of oil production equipment, greatly improving the oil production efficiency, greatly increasing the stability and safety of oil production equipment, and effectively reducing the failure rate and maintenance cost.
