Volcano Electric BLDC Motor, 48V 4100W 2580RPM IP54, duty continues, along with hall sensor, no controller, the motor, provide rated torque value of 15.18Nm, a rated current reach over 110.2A, consider the current is larger than 100A, we provide this bldc motor a free junction box and also a fan to cooling the motor down. Since the motor working under duty 1 condition, without a fan there will be high risk of heat problem or even burning the motor. There is one big difference between this BLDC motor and the others, we are provide this motor a customized frame under NEMA standard. By the way, Volcano electric can made motor with standard IEC frame and of course, customized design.

Before each shipment of the order, we'll making our inner testing for the motor, mainly on the motor performance, and there will be formal testing report and EMF curve showing motor technical data. Regarding with the EMF curve, it depends on our clients requirement, some need curve to be sine wave, some need it to be square wave, this is also related with the controller which will be choose for the motor.
